This year the HOM Open will once again support Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge.

Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge (MNATC) mission is to assist men, women and teens in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. They offer a full range of services:

• Outpatient Treatment
• Licensed Residential Treatment
• Long Term Residential Recovery
• Tean Residential
• Transitional Housing and Aftercare Programs for Graduates
